“Since I was a newbie at this, I have to say everyone was very charitable towards me and were very courteous and encouraging when I didn’t understand or couldn’t follow the directions. They were also very sweet in response to the work itself and that was a big thing for me. I knew it wasn’t an important Pulitzer Prize Winner but their responses and help for me was as if it were. Cannot say enough nice things about all of them. My only negative is having all of the marketing stuff come before I spoke with someone about it. All the e-mails were confusing and overwhelming until the marketing rep and I talked and I found out what I had already paid for and what else I needed. It got sorted out but all of the e-mails were a little like getting a drink with a fire hose on high! I especially want to thank Bridget, Jodie and Jackie for all their kind e-mails and quick responses. I’ve sold about 36 of the 50 books I ordered and people I know are all talking about it. The best responses are that they reminded them of their youth, they thought the book had practical value, and one lady today said it reminded her that if her daughter were to write a book after she was gone, would her words be remembered as valuable. I’m thrilled that this little book has impacted people and I thank Outskirts Press for making it happen! May God Bless you all.”

Product description…
Biblical Wisdom in Everyday Words
Growing up, author Sharon Sents knew that her mother had exactly the right thing to say for every occasion. Life brought many opportunities for the two of them to share daily lessons and words of wisdom. Many years later after Sharon joined a church and began to study the Bible in depth, she realized that her mother’s words of wisdom were practical applications of advice and good counsel thousands of years old. Entertaining and effective, these are examples of how to use scripture in a context of modern life. Enjoy a cup of tea and relax with Sharon and her mother…and learn to share from heart and soul, one generation to the next. !Outskirts Press Review
