Katherine Hardy was born in San Francisco and grew up in Wyoming. She is a graduate of Stanford University where she solidified her passion for writing. As a writer, her love of the short story is surpassed only by her love of the word and the messages of human experience they convey. She is the mother of three daughters and a proud grandmother.
